1. Regulatory Status

Wavefront, a product of FlowWing Labs LLC (the "Company"), hereby provides notice that its application for authorization as a Virtual Asset Service Provider ("VASP") under the regulatory framework administered by the Pakistan Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority ("PVARA") is currently in progress. As of the date set out above, the Company has not yet been granted a license, registration, or other final approval by PVARA, and nothing on this Site shall be construed as a representation that such authorization has been obtained.

2. No Objection Certificate (NOC)

The Company affirms its intention to file, and is in the course of preparing, an application for a No Objection Certificate ("NOC") with the competent authorities as a precondition to, and in furtherance of, its prospective VASP authorization. The Company is undertaking the preparatory, technical, and documentary steps necessary to submit such filing in good faith and in accordance with applicable law, guidance, and prevailing regulatory expectations.

3. Forward-Looking Nature of Statements

Any statements herein concerning licensing, registration, the NOC filing, anticipated timelines, or regulatory outcomes are forward-looking in nature and are subject to change. The grant of any authorization, certificate, or clearance remains at the sole and absolute discretion of the relevant authorities. The Company makes no warranty, express or implied, that any application will be approved, approved within any particular timeframe, or approved on any particular terms.

4. Interim Compliance Posture

Pending the conclusion of the foregoing processes, the Company conducts its activities in a manner intended to be consistent with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML"), counter-terrorist-financing ("CTF"), know-your-customer ("KYC"), sanctions-screening, and FATF Travel Rule standards, and continues to engage constructively with advisors and counterparties to maintain a compliance posture appropriate to its stage of authorization.
